Your email signature

Click “Copy signature”, then paste it into Gmail → Settings → Signature.

1. Click Copy signature above.
2. Open Gmail → ⚙️ See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
3. Click in the box and press Ctrl+V to paste.
4. Under “Signature defaults”, set it for new emails and replies/forwards.
5. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
